Sofia Centre

Sofia's story began when her parents put her in a gymnastic team, at age 4, since she climbed on everything. There she did anything from rhythmic gymnastics to gymnastics in teams where she competed and even did a show for the Swedish royalties. She developed body control, flexibility and balance which she used for everything that was in her way.

However, she started to feel like this wasn't enough so she quit her team and joined a more advanced gymnastic. At the same time, 2012, some guys practiced parkour in the same gym and slowly but surely she started to hang out with them. Eventually she was hooked to the parkour movements and the new adventures started.

Now it's been nearly 6 years since she did her first parkour session and, even if it's been ups and downs, she's still passionated about it. As well as an athlete she's a parkour coach and a traveler, a true adventurer who's always up for new challenges.
