The story of QualityRunners begins over 10 years ago in a small suburb of Malmö, Sweden. Here, a group of friends started jumping and playing outside because of something they had seen called parkour. They soon wanted more than what cold, rainy Sweden could offer, so they asked the school they were attending if they could use the school gym in the early mornings during teacher conference meetings.

After some time they were given the opportunity to preform a show at a local music festival and took this chance to show what they can do, and also recruit new members. After the show they said they would open their doors to new people, and soon enough they had grown to almost 20 people. Things were looking up, and soon they started an organisation to gain better training hours, and to start having real classes.

QR grew, and grew, until the little gym at that school wasn't enough for us, and we started looking for a better place in town. After some luck we obtained a warehouse in what was going to become an Urban Sports Centre, and eventually, Swedens biggest Parkour facility, QR Academy, was born. A year later we are still improving and changing the layout of the gym to fit our and our students' needs and wishes. Now we look ahead, to bright futures,  the world being our stage, and our growth will not stop!
