Niclas "Nick" Silfverberg

Niclas' story begins as an athlete 6 ½ years ago when he decided to try parkour for the first time. After always being an outcast and full of energy, he struggled with keeping habits but this time it directly clicked! So he kept going and started to become really good at it. After 1,5 years he additionally found Tricking that he progressively started to combine with the movements he'd already learned. Suddenly he could do the things he saw in all those youtube videos. However... the latest year he has started to develop knee injuries so he has to take breaks from his daily practices and focus on strength and flexibility.

He now also works as a Preschool teacher and is still coaching at QualityRunners where he simultaneously manages the media. He loves making videos and different kinds of content, during his years of training he's done a few commercial shoots for quite big companies either infront or behind the camera, for example, SVT (Swedish Television - Ninja for kids show), Areco (Steel Industry - Camera OP) and Risifrutti (Swedish food company - Parkour Athlete).
